THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO TRAIN LEADERS SO THAT THEY ARE PREPARED TO BUILD THE COMMUNITY'S WORKFORCE. THE PROGRAMS HELPS LEADERS UNDERSTAND GOVERNMENT, LOCAL BUSINESS, COMMUNITY SAFETY, AND OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM.
