Welcome to the 21st Century Delta Leadership program! Our goal is to empower leaders in the parishes of Concordia, Franklin, Tensas, Catahoula, Madison, and East Carroll. Through comprehensive training, we equip participants with essential knowledge of local and state government, grant application processes, planning, sustainability, community safety, and education systems. Join us in creating a brighter economic future for our communities!
